We offer a 10-Day Money Back Guarantee for all products and materials purchased from BrandNUEplan.com. If you purchased our supplements directly from BrandNUEplan.com, take the supplements as directed for 7 days, and you are not completely satisfied, you may return the materials and products for a 100% refund of your purchase price, less shipping & handling, if applicable. To receive the refund, email a cancellation notice no later than midnight of the 10th day following delivery of your products to [email protected]. Your original shipment’s tracking number will confirm the date of delivery. Additionally, to receive your refund, you need to return all components mailed to you, including opened and unopened supplement bottles, handbooks, and any additional materials sent as part of the original shipment/package. For both domestic and international orders, the customer is responsible for the return postage.
Customers are only allowed 1 return per year.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment once the returned products and materials are received. Once issued, refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to clear with your bank.
