We have formulated our multivitamin to supplement a carbohydrate restricted and/or low calorie diet. When restricting what you are eating, it is essential that you do not become nutritionally deficient, as this can drastically reduce metabolism. Using this multivitamin will help prevent the risk of nutrient deficiencies. Please take two (2) capsules together no more than 30 minutes before or after lunch. If stomach irritation occurs, take after lunch and/or with food. Continue to use this product whenever you are on a low carb and/or low calorie diet.
